I got in touch with Craig at Love The Run for some much needed accountability after signing up for Edinburgh Marathon. I was offered so much more with his enthusiasm, encouragement, and his knowledge. After our initial meeting I was already feeling motivated to get going and within a few days my personalised training plan was available online to view with the data being synced to my Garmin. Weekly training session are interesting, some challenging but always with the right balance of easy runs. The flexibility of being able to adapt the plan accordingly is why I have seen improvements each week with speed and especially the ability to maintain my pace. This is the most consistent I have ever been with my running and I am excited to see what I can achieve come race day!
