Craig created a training plan for my first ultra marathon; the Ham & Lyme 50km. He listened to my objectives and developed a schedule that was easy to follow and could be adapted according to my routine. I enjoyed the flexibility and varied nature of the plan which also incorporated beneficial strength and conditioning sessions. The mileage built steadily which made the ‘peak training’ weeks more manageable, both mentally and physically, and helped me approach the race with a positive mindset and feeling of confidence.

Craig was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns that I had, particularly when the event was fast approaching and the pre-race nerves were kicking in!
